Don't worry - our website sometimes doesnt allow us to have too many customisation fields in our product pages!

E.G if there is a charm and an initial attached - the price includes the charm and the initial
We also pop it in a pouch as standard (logo printed pouches are available) we include a certificate, care instructions and we carefully package to prevent damage during transit

What chain length do I need?
We have complied a list of average chain lengths - contact us if you need more help, we are experts at getting the right chain length (8+ years in the jewellery industry will do that to a girl!)
Necklace:
Girls 3 -5 years: 12”
Girls 6-10 years: 14”
Teens, small ladies: 16”
Ladies medium: 18” (average length, will sit on collar bone for most women)
Ladies long: 20” (will sit over the top of most clothing necklines)
Ladies extra long: 22”
Ladies long length chain 28" + (will be a 'over the sweater' size of chain)

Does the package include any pricing information?
No - our items are all ready for gift giving - however if a customs form is needed legally we have to fill this out with the price
How long will it take to ship my item?
90% of all orders are shipped within 1-3 working days (doesn't include weekends) If you require a more complicated design this may increase however - but we will always let you know

We always recommend to take our pieces off before showering, exercising and putting on make-up and perfume. Also please do take these off before bed. We recommend to treat our jewellery items with care and consideration, as more delicate areas may get broken

We don't recommend our items for children under 15 due to small parts - use at your own discretion!

Can I Take charms off of a design before I order?
Yes! Just add a note with your order if you wish certain charms to be left off!
Do your items have nickel in them?
As with the majority of dress jewellery - our items MAY contain traces of nickel - if you are very sensitive, have had a reaction in the past or are worried you may have a reaction - we recommend not purchasing any dress jewellery thats not nickel-free 18ct, 22ct or 24ct gold.
I've seen something I like - but I want it as a bracelet/earrings/necklace instead - can you do this?
Yes - we can make matching sets and pretty much create whatever you need!
